Chaplin Is "For The Ages"
I wish this scene would have been in The Circus, appears to be a sequenced filmed but not included, Charlie gets a raise to $100 a week and is no longer working as a part time prop man as he is the star attraction, the senior prop man stands there looking at Charlie getting his shoes shined, having a smoke and just sitting back
I always find it so funny when the tramp acts pompous because it is so out of character for him and when he tries to pull it off just makes me laugh and it does not last long before it falls apart:)
