This looks like an out take from “City Lights” as the scene in the film shows “the tramp” sitting on the steps by himself when the flower girl walks by.

I had an amazing time seeing City Lights today, seeing it in a 1920’s Movie Palace was like stepping back in time, I noticed things in the film I had not seen before, the best part was watching it with other movie goers (there was about 300), one lady was laughing so hard it was contagious. The end brought a lot of people to tears including myself…the look on his face - pensive, anxious and hopeful is heart tugging.
A Dog’s Life was great too..there was a lot of awwws for the relationship between Charlie and Scraps.
